The Iyokan are a proud fruit-loving/veggie-hating people. They use their seemingly harmless weapons to dominate the battlefield by utilizing the element of surprise with a natural cunning among the Iyokan people. By using fruit as explosives and ninja tools, the Iyokan provide a less serious side to fighting. Those who have mastered S-Rank levels of Fruit Release can even create seeds that will grow into Fruit Release based plant-life.

Clan Name: Iyokan

Bloodline Name: Furūtsu Masutā (Fruit Master)

Bloodline Ability: Fruit Release: The fruit release is a combination of the Earth Release, the Water Release, and the Fire Release. These fruits can be produced anywhere there is ground and seeds can be produced anywhere at all, including on or in the user's body. Planted Fruit Release seeds produce highly reactive fruit that can produce highly explosive reactions if not handled correctly, this is why the Iyokan remain fairly isolated.

Location: Donzokogakure no Sato

Clan History: The Iyokan Clan was originally founded by the fruit lover, Iyokan Amarant. While little is known about Amarant, it is said he was not entirely sane, which could explain why he experimented so much with incorporating explosions into his food. His inspiration for the exploding fruit was taken from a passing blonde ninja with a weird black robe who used exploding clay. Amarant never figured out who he was, only that art is, apparently, an explosion. As he continued to perfect his technique, he continued to encounter more and more ninjas growing interested in his explosive foodstuff. He needed to relocate to avoid attention.

Amarant gathered his supplies and migrated to Donzokogakure no Sato. Here, deep underground, he was able to perfect his Fruit Release Jutsu. It was here that he spent his middle aged years honing his technique, taking jobs involving construction and clearing out new tunnels with his explosives. He was the only one who knew the powers of Fruit Release, and he had no idea how to teach his skills to others.

As Amarant aged into his elder years, the problem of proliferating the usage of Fruit Release returned to him. He had no offspring to inherit the ability so he would have to find some other method. At first he tried taking students and guiding them down a similar path that he had taken. Unfortunately, the years required to learn the fledgling Fruit Release proved to be too inconvenient for all of his students. They would give off and search for more meaningful ways to train. He would have to find some way to instill the very essence of Fruit Release into his pupils.

Amarant consulted several medical ninjas about how he could transfer his knowledge to his students, but the answer was always that such a thing was impossible or that doing so would take his own life. This was hardly a fulfilling way to spread his jutsu. Finally, inspiration hit him. While he was eating a slice of watermelon, he spit one of the seeds onto the ground. In a sweeping "aha!" moment, he had an idea. He would spread Fruit Release as it was meant to be spread, through the fruit itself! He place as much Fruit Release chakra as he could into the tiny seed and planted it, hoping for the best.

As the plant steadily grew, Amarant took on new pupils. He had to make sure he could trust those he spread his jutsu to. He found a group of 4 respectable students and taught them everything he knew about Fire Release and Earth Release jutsu. When the plant was finally ready, he expressed his intention to teach the Fruit Release by having them eat this plant. While all of his knowledge of Fruit Release was not passed onto his students by the simple eating of the fruit, the students did inexplicably know the basics.

As the years went on, these four students spread the teachings of Iyokan Amarant and his jutsu. One of the large reasons the Clan grew as quickly as it did was because almost anyone could become a member provided they had the diligence to stick with the clan. There have been some shady rumors about what happens to Iyokan Clan members who try to abandon the clan, but officials deny any such cloak-and-dagger methods.

Clan traits: Iyokan members tend to be very good at unorthodox fighting and fighting with improvised weapons. Iyokan members tend to be whimsical or odd people. Outside of vegetables, Iyokan Clan members have a very high tolerance for food and alcohol poisoning, the duration of poisons is halved.

Clan Weaknesses: Members of the Iyokan Clan cannot learn Wind Release jutsu, or jutsu that are made up of the Wind Release (Those who know Wind Release will not be able to become a Fruit Release user). Iyokan Clan members cannot eat vegetables or they will succumb to food poisoning (a closely guarded secret).

Requirements: One can not be born into the Iyokan, an aspiring Clan Member must first have an aptitude in Earth Release and Water Release. If they do, the individual will then be taken to the Iyokan Clan stronghold and given a fruit from one of their Fruit Release trees, which will instill the ability to use the Fruit Release.

Right as I see this you are growing seeds on the ground mainly or where there is Earth. Meaning to me that Earth release is needed in this process as water isn't enough on its on as for lightning release from your kkg explanation you said they can explode which indicates to me fire release so I would make fruit release a KKT made up of earth release as main element then water then Fire to give you your advanded element of Fruit release this is the only way I can see it been possible.

The seeds aren't grown in the ground. They're created within the user's body. Also, for the explosion, it doesn't have to be fire, as an explosion is just a rapid expansion of energy. However, If I were to use Earth, Water, and Fire, how would that be done? Wouldn't that make only Kage and Sannin able to use this since they're the only ones able to utilize 3 elements and an advanced element?

no it isn't if there a clan that has a KKT it can be used by others as long as it is jounin and up. But anyway yeah it says can be produced on the ground that means if it produced in the ground it would need earth as an element so it just seems fitting.

I was reading through your clan you grow the seeds meaning into shapes and stuff like fruit that means it needs to be solid, lightning isn't solid neither is water its a liquid so meaning earth is the only element that could really give you a solid shape for fruit, water for growing like a plant and fire makes sense for explosions and stuff. You mention so acid like effects which I last checked can be like a boil release which is water and fire it makes sense to be a KKT.

Alright. I'm witchu on the release bein' fire, earth, and water, but I'm still not followin' you on how that works. Does someone need to know all 3 elements first or what?

No lol your a anbu captain right they can have two elements and an advanced release but in your case you will have a KKT so you will have Earth as main element then water your advanced will be Fruit release the fire part you put as a third normal element but cannot use it to preform fire jutsu only it can be used for your fruit release creations.

Description: After forming a highly dense pack of chakra in the user's mouth, the user spits out the chakra in the form of a seed that quickly expands into a fruit, the type of fruit determined by the user. The fruit is actually a thin layer of chakra wrapped around a highly dense and reactive chakra core. When this thin layer is disrupted, the chakra core rapidly expands to produce an explosion. The size of the explosion starts with a 10ft radius and increases by an additional 10ft radius for every rank above D the user is.

the larger the explosion the more chakra that is needed.

The effects last for 3 posts and the grapes remain on the ground for 3 posts before disintegrating

Needs a number of seeds you produce and a range of the gas effect.

Description: The user begins by creating and spitting out a seed exactly like how they would with Fruit Bomb, but the user instead fills the fruit with stimulating energy. When eaten, the fruit will deaden any pain the user may be experiencing and fill them with an energetic sensation. In addition to this the fruit will also replenish as much chakra as was used in the creation of the fruit. After 3 posts, any non-Iyokan members who eat the fruit will experience stomach pains.

I get that this relieves pain and such which is fine but chakra regeneration as well get rid of that part.

Description: The user spews out a flurry of around 30 seeds that are superheated to glide through targets in order to cause a large number of very small penetrating injuries. The heat and speed of the seeds is determined by the rank of the user.

This jutsu is better off been C-A because you have put the heat and speeds is determined by the rank of the user so each different rank shinobi will have to match the rank of this jutsu to there rank so that they are not using C rank chakra for a jutsu that say a chunin can do for less effects when you for example are anbu captain and can use C rank chakra for greater effects. The jutsu will need speeds in mph and heat for the different ranks as well.

Description: The user summons a massive pineapple to surround them with very large and sharp spikes, comparable to a katana in damage, all around the pineapple. The pineapple is capable of resisting jutsu up to the level of chakra the user has expended, the minimum being a B-rank level of chakra. The pineapple shell remains for up to 2 posts, though the user can maintain the shell longer if more chakra is expended. The pineapple has a 1ft thick shell and is 1ft taller than the user, from the inside. From the inside, the pineapple is around 4ft wide.

I can see this have a lightning weakness mainly so C or higher lightning jutsu can get through it or wind cutting jutsu.

Non-Iyokan Clan Members will be knocked unconscious after the duration while Iyokan Clan Members will be heavily fatigued, but still conscious.

This will have to be edited some what as it can be OP. You should do a 1/4 chakra for one stat you have listed.

Description: The user creates a seed that rapidly expands into a massive watermelon with a 25ft radius that, once it reaches the full size, collapses and releases a torrent of hyper-acidic liquid across a 20ft tall wave that expands 50ft in all directions. This liquid cannot be walked on with chakra, not even by the user.

the chakra could be walked on with water walking as there would be no means to get around it. It is only acid it wont stop chakra been produced from the enemy to defend themselves with.

The user spews out a flurry of around 30 seeds that are superheated to glide through targets in order to cause a large number of very small penetrating injuries. The speed of the seeds is 50/100/150mph based on the rank. Temperature of the seeds is 750/1400/2050 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lower the speeds to 30/60/90

and temperature to 250/500/750 as what you had above is way too hot for seed if they reached that temperature they would just melt away before they even reached your foes what I have listed above will still cause bad burns to enemy's

Well they aren't real seeds, they are small bodies of chakra that look like seeds. Besides, the point of the ability is to be a very damaging ability, but over an incredibly small surface, each seed being smaller than 1cm. It's meant to pierce defenses, not burn naked skin.

still its too hot just to be fire 2000 C is lava area and other types of fire. The ability would still damage at the numbers I placed

Just had a thought this will need changing more after discussions with other staff we have agreed on the following below.

I don't like a bit of this. This increases your speed for 6 posts by 100%. The only toher jutsu that can do that is a Limited Jutsu. So I think this should be considered a limited and docked down to 3 posts. And a bit of a greater affect on an Iyokan clan member. Perhaps something along the lines of fatigued and unable to preform Fruit based Jutsu for six posts.
