Clan Name: Jinsei.

Bloodline Name: Jiton.

Bloodline Ability: Magnet Release.

Location: The Jinsei clan used to be able to trace it's lineage back many generations to it's foundation in the Land of Lightning, however since it's destruction there are only a few scattered members remaining.

Clan History: The Jinsei clan goes back many generations as prominent members of Raiugakure, well known for producing disciplined and skilled Shinobi every generation as well as their Magnetism Jutsu, however they were far from a Noble Clan. What they lacked in political influence and wealth the Jinsei made up for in pure military supplementation through the production of lightning forged weapons and battle ready ninja. It was common place for its members to hold respectable careers within the Chuunin ranks, and once or twice every couple of generations a few clan members would prove themselves worthy of a Jonin position. These Jonin typically made up the hierarchy of the clan, overseeing the training of the youngest generation and enforcing their strict militaristic rules and lifestyle. While they never technically had a head the Shinobi of the clan would elect a prominent member of the clan to be their official adviser to the Kage and Head Jonin in times of war.

The Jinsei were quite well known for their weapon smithing, dubbed by many as "Lightning Forged Steel", even in other villages. While they lack the specialized jutsu of their allies the Kajiya clan and their Metal Release the combination of their Lightning and Magnetic chakra allows them to temper the steel in ways a normal smith couldn't dream of. The edges and points of their unique weapons are honed with Lightning Jutsu to the point that they can cut through stone with relative ease, even without chakra infusion if the wielder is skilled enough. The metal itself is tempered with Magnetic Jutsu as it is forged, causing the crystalline structure of the steel to align in a fashion that drastically increases the durability and longevity of the weapon. Don't be mistaken, not every member can do this, there is always one Master Smith and one or two apprentices that train under them their entire life. These apprentices are hand picked by the Master Smith for their highly advanced chakra control, and when it comes time for the Master Smith to retire or is K.I.A. then their successor is chosen from the most knowledgeable and skilled apprentice.

As with many clans there are a select few members who simply can't stand the strict rules they have to live their lives by constantly butting heads with their superiors and those who wish to explore the world more and to live their lives their own way, causing some of their family roots to spread to the various Shinobi Villages and even out into ungoverned territory. Up to a few months ago these wayward members were but a fraction of the Jinsei clans lineage, however with the recent disaster befalling the Land of Lightning and Raiugakure they are all that remain.

Clan traits:

• Natural knack for Kenjutsu and Nin-Kenjutsu, often commissioning or forging their own custom weapon(s) that suits their personal style. These weapons are unique to each member and are treated as an extension of their own body. It would be common place for Jinsei to wield the same weapon from adolescence to death, albeit with a few repairs and modifications down the line.
  
• A select few members are accomplished weapon smiths known for "Lightning Forged Steel". (Explained in history)

Clan Weaknesses:

• Jinsei put so much time and effort into training with their weapon(s) that typically very little time goes into Taijutsu, making it so if they're ever separated from their weapon(s) they are particularly vulnerable in Hand to Hand combat. Not to say they don't pack a punch, but they would be lacking the experience to keep up with those who specialize in Taijutsu.
  
• The natural "Yang" to Magnet Releases "Yin", Sound Release.

Jutsu Any record or notion of Clan Jutsu was lost with the destruction of the Land of Lightning, those who moved away before the disaster wished to live their own lives away from the main body of the clan and developed jutsu unique to themselves in the process.
