| Clan Name: Sutomu Bloodline Name: Storm Release Bloodline Ability: Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton; Viz "Gale Style or Storm Style") is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy. Location: Raiugakure Soragakure Clan History: The clan was formerly known to be much famous and notable in Raiugakure, until the nuclear explosion the only family which had been away from the destruction simply fled. The family countered a Soragakure jounin, they pleaded for help in search of a new village. The jounin led them to his own village, pledged to be loyal and there family increased within years and re-populated another village. Clan traits: Mass Chakra Reserves, only accurate when no jutsu is used during a post. The clan member gains a +5% chakra recovery if that occurs. Description: his technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the technique encircles the user's hand and from that the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy

Description: This technique creates a sudden bolt of lightning which impulses for a moment until it is shot at a opponent near by, the bolt is a round sphere shape which then becomes invisible to the naked eye (but can be tracked by any special doujutsu). The bolt lands near by a opponent, where it grows at a certain length exploding right near them, the explosion can increase up to a radius of 15 meters.

Jutsu Prerequisites: One hand has there palm facing upwards, and one hand has there palm facing downwards. The two palms form a ball.
Description: This technique is emitted during the posture noted above, where a small energy ball is channeled in the middle of the palms where it splits into zig-zagged energy beams and grows towards an enemy until hit. Once the energy beams finally hits the enemy, they will shock them with lightning natural chakra which is in Storm Release. They will prove to be paralyzed for about 2 posts.
