NPC rules
Okay so sometimes you might find yourself in a spot where you are missing a person or something or maybe your village does not have people for events and missions. Then you will be able to use a NPC to fill in the gaps. If it is a Mission or Event then you must PM one of the staff members to roleplay as that NPC. If it is a random RP then you may RP as a NPC yourself.
When attacking Villages. During Events or Missions Staff must RP as NPC.
When doing normal RP then yourself or staff may RP as NPC.
