Over the past week, in all villages, several criminals have escaped their village's prison. Intel shows that an underground organization is responsible for this. They have created an anti-system to allow access to all locks, granting freedom to all prisoners. Although many have escaped already, we send this message to you strictly about one prisoner. He is an S-Ranked Missing-Nin, a master of Katon Ninjutsu, but most importantly, the founder of Chakra Paralysis. The opposite of Dark Release, Chakra Paralysis grants the user immunity over Ninjutsu. Despite this, however, he is very physically weak.

Your job is to first locate this organization and have the anti-system destroyed. But wait! After further investigation, it seems there are 2 A-Ranked Sensory ninja guarding this system. We have supplied you with two Chakra Suppressors, an item that will keep your chakra off-limits, both to you and the enemy. Once you defeat these two shinobi, find their location and destroy their system, you are to go to this S-Ranked shinobi and fight him. We ask that you keep the two Sensory ninja alive for study purposes, but have the S-Ranked ninja killed. Do so, and you will be rewarded. Oh, and be sure to lock your village's prison down when you're finished. Guards have been assigned to take care of the rest.
