this just is neither on the Banned or Limited list and really i was wondering if it was a jutsu that would belong in either one of them. I mean it has its drawbacks such as halved Chakra, inability to fuse if other half is sealed and such. But in the end its a Full living clone of the user, not poofing with one hit, etc. So What do you guys think? Banned, Limited, or Just a normal Jutsu people can train for?
