personality information ___________________________________________ Kyuzuro is a wild current waiting to blow across the world. He is always optimistic in nature and a happy individual, eager to help any who need his assistance. When around kids or children in general, he will sit and play music to them, of course not showing his face, but giving them something beautiful to listen to. In any case Kyuzuro is just a simple breeze. Not really having any other emotions, he usually will keep quiet or speak in riddles to either confuse or make them leave him alone. Never one to complain or make a fuss, Kyuzuro generally is the one to quell any and all altercations that arise around him, usually being called a negotiator by many who would see him actually work. Under the surface, Kyzuro has changed since he had killed his brother and obtained his Mangekyo Sharingan. combat information ___________________________________________ Clan: Uchiha (MS Sharingan) Ninja Specialization: Main: Ninjutsu Sub: Fuinjutsu Kenjutsu Elemental Specialization: Main: Wind Sub: Fire Water Strengths: Wind God: Due to his enhanced mastery of wind, Kyuzuro can make large gusts of wind without using too much of his chakra, and by also using the same wind currents he can mask his presence. With this all Wind Jutsu that he would use, the amount of chakra that they take is reduced by one whole rank. It takes a minimum of a D ranks amount of chakra to maintain the control of the wind.
Extreme Speed/Wind Blades: Using his Wind Manipulation, he can increase his speed by twenty percent, almost reaching body flicker speed. This can only last for three posts, but enables him to speed past his enemies. When running, due to his increased speed, he makes blades off wind shoot from his body in a three meter distance everywhere around him. It requires a minimal amount of D ranked chakra to manipulate the wind on this level.
Large Chakra Pool: Kyuzuro has spent ten years working on a way to increase his chakra pool and he had finally succeeded in doing so without the need of being in a village. Now he has a Chakra pool that is larger than an ANBU, but lower than a Kage. Weaknesses: Manipulation of Elements: Kyuzuro gave up the ability to use higher forms of jutsu and due to this he can only use up to C rank of each of his respective elements Except for Wind.
Emotional Wreck: Kyuzuro is unable to stabilize himself when in enraged due to the vow he made with his brother now broken the pact has no effect on him. In the event that he would become angry, he would become enraged and attack any and every one until his rage was quelled or killed.
Insomnia is for winners: Kyuzuro constantly suffers from insomnia due to him constantly traveling. Because of this he is always suffering from a constant 30% decrease of his natural speed and stamina.

After inscribing their seal on a scroll, the user will focus their chakra through it to encompass and draw in the flames. This sealing technique can be used to seal away C-Rank Katon techniques and lower, but anything more powerful than that is beyond its capabilities.
Name: Evil Sealing Method Rank: A Requirements: N/A Description: This jutsu is used to suppress jutsu-induced marks on a person. Marks of weaker power can be completely suppressed by this jutsu alone, but for marks of higher power like the Cursed Seal of Heaven, this seal is dependent on the recipient's willpower to some extent. It is also capable of holding back certain Kekkei Genkai. This seal requires a number of hand seals and a large amount of chakra to be performed. Name: Suiton: Tsuba-Kasui [Saliva Stream] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Effects: A water technique which enhances the saliva within a Shinobi's mouth, adding chakra to it to harden the individual droplets, and then using the chakra to launch them from their mouth at high speeds. Essentially, the user will be able to launch a spit bullet from their mouth at an opponent.
Name: Suiton: Sansokyou [Oxygen Supply] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Effects: An unusual jutsu that functions while a ninja is underwater. The ninja will alter their mouth to process any water that enters, splitting the H20 into hydrogen, which is pushed away by the chakra, and oxygen which is then breathed in. This allows a ninja with water affinity to breath underwater. This technique may be used for extended durations of time, as long as the user pays the maintaining cost.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.
Name: Mizuame Nabara [Starch Syrup Capture Field] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Effects: A water jutsu that carries special characteristics that cause the molecules to be adhesive. The user will release a stream of water from their mouth to create a pool of liquid, and whomever touches the water will be unable to move normally, any part of their body that makes contact with it becomes stuck to the surface of the water. Ninjas are able to escape this effect by using the water-walking technique, which cancels the jutsu's own chakra effect, but only if used before touching the liquid.
Name: Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.

Name:Katon Moeagaru Shuriken [Igniting Shurikens] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Effects: A ranged technique that consists of drawing one's chakra and surrounding it around projectiles. The user will draw fire chakra along the surfaces of the projectiles and then throw them- In mid-air, they will be engulfed by flames, making them even more deadly.
Name: Okibikei [[b/]Blazing Fire Wall] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Effects: A close-range fire technique, the user will release a short wave of flames from their mouth, creating a fiery barrier to burn nearby foes or shield themselves from oncoming attacks. Lasts for only a few seconds.
Name: Katon Nenshoute [Burning Hand] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Effects: A fire jutsu utilized to improve taijutsu, Nenshoute consists of drawing chakra into a "Glove" of sorts around the user's hand. The ninja will then draw heat around the outside of the glove, dramatically increasing the temperature of it. This will cause any contact by the hands to cause searing damage to foes, burning hot enough to melt skin. This jutsu must be maintained.
Name: Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Great Fireball Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Effects: A standard Katon technique, Goukakyuu is simple in nature. The user will draw chakra and air into their mouth, concentrating the energy before using their chakra's nature to cause a spark, causing a fire to erupt within their mouth which they then spew from their mouth. This will release a large fireball that will blaze through anything in it's path.
Name: Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu [Dragon Fire Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Effects: A versatile technique utilized with a set of wires or similar burnable objects, the user will release flames from their mouth on a number of "Chains". These chains will cross the battlefield to a point where they all meet, impacting each other and creating a fiery blast. The object of this technique is to maneuver a foe into one of these traps, a difficult feat due to both the time required to set up the correct positions as well as the danger of the foe. Nonetheless, Ryuuka is a potent technique.
Name: Katon Housenka no Jutsu [Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Effects: Similar to Goukakyuu, Katon Housenka releases flames from the mouth, drawing into the necessary components and then igniting them. Housenka no jutsu, however, does not focus the chakra into one simple large entity but infact releases a number of fireballs simultaneous from the mouth. Each fireball is small, but the sheer number of them can make it difficult to face. This just releases on an average a dozen fireballs.

Name: Wind Release Vacuum Sphere Canon/Custom: Canon Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Jutsu Prerequisites: Handseals Description: The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function. -15-20 Bullets, the size of each bullet blast is roughly 8-10 cm in diameter.
Name: Futon: Kazeken [Wind Blade ]Type: Ninjutsu Sub Type: Futon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Effects: A basic wind technique that it utilized with a weapon, typically a blade. The user will apply their chakra to weapon, surrounding with a layer of their chakra. They will then begin to "Sharpen" the chakra, utilizing their wind affinity to create a tearing effect with whatever contacts the chakra. This will improve the cutting ability of the weapon, making attacks more deadly. Name: Futon: Buki Tsubasa [Weapon Wings ]Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Effects: This technique is similar to Kazeken in the manner it used, the Shinobi transferring their chakra into a weapon. In this case the user will, rather then improving power, will increase the speed of thrown projectiles. When thrown, the transferred chakra will release it itself from the end of the weapon in the form of a gale, boosting the speed of the weapon's flight. This makes it harder for enemies to react to the weapon, and is useful for hitting quick targets. Name:Futon: Ea-hazumi [[b/]Air Bound[b]]Type: NinjutsuSub-type: Futon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Effects: A jutsu that is similar to the manner shinobi walk on water and trees, but far more dramatic in the manner it functions. The user will gather a large quantity of chakra beneath their foot as they raise it. Upon gathering sufficient energy, the user will stomp downward, compressing the air that they've gather until, like a spring, it explodes, flinging the ninja forward. This is useful for charging the enemy, quickly crossing the battlefield, and dodging attacks. Name: Futon: Reppushou [Gale Wind Palm ]Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Effects: A wind technique that is similar to Hakke Kuusho, Reppusho allows the user to gather air into the palm of their, condensing the gases until they are released upon thrusting the user's hand forward, releasing a small but powerful wave capable of flinging foes away. Name: Futon: Kamaitachi [Cutting Whirlwind ]Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Effects: A jutsu utilized with a Fan, this technique allows the user to better control the winds, focusing it into a powerful cyclone to envelop foes. Any opponents caught by these winds will be mercilessly be cut by the furious and sharp winds. Because of the twisting nature, it is difficult to escape this technique once caught, drawing everything nearby in. Name:Futon: Daitoppa [Great Breakthrough ]Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive, Supplementary Effects: A jutsu that, similarly to Katon, utilizes breathing to function. The user will gather air into their mouth, imbuing it with their chakra before blowing it forward. This will cause a fierce and powerful blast of air to shoot forward, easily lifting an enemy off their feet. This technique is also utilized to boost the potency of fire attacks, speeding it forward and feeding the flames. Name: Futon: Mugen Sajin Daitoppa [[b/]Infinite Dust Great Breakthrough[b]]Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Effects: A superior form of Daitoppa, this technique greatly increases the amount of force provided by the blast. This technique uses a greater amount of wind, the user drawing a large quanity of air into their lugs before releasing it in a great air blast, a deadly missile of air pressure. The force is such that it can even blast with stone and keep on going. Name: Futon: Kazekiri [Wind Cutter ]Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Effects: This technique draws wind into a single thin entity when used, causing the air to be drawn into a "Blade" capable of keen cuts through most surfaces. This makes the just serving better then other wind jutsus against defenses due to it's slicing trait. Futon: Dai Kamaitachi [Great Cutting Whirlwind ]Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Effects: Essentially this technique is a rather bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi, creating rather then merely a wave of spiralling wind, a typhoon of wind blades which slice through everything in it's path. Because of the massive area this attack strikes in, it is near impossible to completely escape it's range- It is being in the center of this attack, however, that is particularly dangerous. Name: Futon: Kaze no Yaiba [Sword of Wind ]Type:Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Effects: An extremely potent wind jutsu that functions with merely a flick of the fingers, this technique releases a series of air waves that do not merely cut but, at a molecular level, breaks down what lies within it's path, making it extremely difficult to defend against. This technique is best utilized in close range, as it is more difficult to respond to the simultaneous blades being released. Name: Futon: Atsugai [Pressure Damage ]Sub-type: Futon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Effects: A particularly potent futon technique that releases a large missile of of spinning wind at an enemy. Upon impacting a surface, it will explode into an expanding sphere of rushing air, grinding everything within between colliding forces of wind. Become of the blast radius and effectiveness of the jutsu, being caught within it will leave little chance of survival. Name: Amaterasu Element: Fire Type: Doujutsu/Ninjutsu Rank: S Jutsu Prerequisites: MS-Full Description: This will take one post to form black inextinguishable flames at the area the user stares at. If the opponent moves with in the direct post after your 'charge' post then the attack will strike the ground. These flames are said to be blessed by Amaterasu, the Goddess of the sun herself. Thus, they will burn until their target has ceased to live.
Name: Toyotama [Vanishing Dragon] Element: N/A Type: Doujutsu/Genjutsu Rank: S Jutsu Prerequisites: MS. Description: Toyotama is a technique cast through both of the user's eyes simultaneously. Any target within thirty meters caught within the focus of the user's gaze will be trapped with an illusion which will falsely place the user on the battlefield. While under the sustained effects of the technique any victims will be unable to locate the user and will perceive them only where the user wishes to be perceived through all senses of perception. The user's illusionary doppelganger will be hollow and any attack made will simply pass through it harmlessly. The user will appear exactly as they did when the technique was first cast throughout its duration. Any attacks made by the user will appear to come from the doppelganger. If more than one victim is present then the opponents will suffer the Rashomon Effect, whereupon each victim will perceive the user at different places at different times. The results of the user's actions however will remain the same. A most potent technique.This technique may be utilized twice a day.
Name: Susanoo Element: N/A Type: Doujutsu Rank: S Jutsu Prerequisites: MS-Full Description: This is a four stage tech. First stage, is the pre-tech. When you first activate this technique you will produce an Aura of your color choosing. From there, you produce a rib cage around your body. After, you can grow to form a full Skeleton. From there, after training with this technique for five hundred words you can gain a muscular form of the Guardian. And after, for one thousand words you can gain the full Skinned version. And lastly, one thousand five hundred words you can gain the Full complete Susanoo with Armor and all. This ability gives you increased Range, Defense, and attack power. However it is easy to get knocked out of Susanoo. You can hold this technique for 25 posts in Skeleton form, 20 posts in Muscle form, 15 posts in Skinned form, and 10 posts in Full Complete form.
[/b][/b] historical information ___________________________________________ [b] Born Originally in Raiugakure, Kyuzuro was born into a family of Uchiha. His features were nothing like his families so from a young age he was believed to be adopted. From the ages of five to ten, he grew up like a normal kid, training to be a ninja while playing around, but Kyuzuro was just like the wind, always moving around no matter the situation. He never attended the Academy for the fact that he himself believed that one had to train himself to become stronger. He spent his childhood studying amongst the wild and studying a different variety of chakra. Through learning by experience and through trial and error, Kyuzuro had easily surpassed most of the kids his age. He and his brother were the closest and even went on to train with each other. One day they made a pact to never get angry or mad for any reason, but the right reason.
For three years of his life, Kyuzuro and his brother left from the village to further their training by staying in a forest far from their village with only the provisions they needed and each other. Testing their limits they would hunt and live off of the wild, training their bodies and mind. After the third year, the two boys returned to their home to show what they had learned to not only their parents but their peers. Kyuzuro decided to challenge one of the kids who had just became chuunin to show that self taught skill and determination can overcome the training that went on in the village. The chuunin scoffed at what he said, but decided to fight him anyways thinking he could be him withing 30 seconds. A minute and a half passed and the chuunin boy was on the ground beaten by one who had none of the villages training. Though many of his peers saw him as a threat, was simply doing what he felt was right for him which finally showed him that his place was not in the village.
As time went on, he would come to find that he did not like the way the villages were ran and thus decided to leave. Although his family was against it, he packed his bags at eighteen and left from the village to never return. As time went on Kyuzuro was spotted amongst the lands, although for some reason he had a reward on his head for leaving, but no one could ever catch up to him to actually claim it. One day he had finally decided to return to Raiu to visit his mother and father, but found the village to be utterly and completely destroyed. Walking amongst the rubble he would remember his promise and sigh as he stood where he house would have been. Now that his home was a wasteland, Kyuzuro decided to travel the world to find who did this and bring them to justice. He now travels around as a bard, his face always kept hidden from view of anyone that may be looking for him.
