Chinatsu Taiyo sighed wanting to slam her head into the wall. Why of all the missions they could have given her, did it have to be that
one? She suddenly felt like cutting her hands open with ninja wire would have been more fun. An aura of anger swam around her as she walked out the mission’s office pissed as hell and cursed her luck.
thisismylinedonotjudgemeGreen garbed genin sighed as walked through the park looking around for the cat. She considered looking from above but the stupid thing was too small and would be able to hide too well even if it was bright white and had a big red bow.
A flash of white and red caught Natsu’s eye. She twisted on the balls of her feet taking off after the tinkling bell sound. She had found the cat but it was a matter of catching the possessed beast. It wasn’t that Chinatsu hated cats, she had a lovely one at home and her clan summoned cat, she just hated this cat; she swore the stupid thing was possessed or a bijuu or something.
A few minutes later she came to a stop, breathing hard. “STUPID CAT!” The blonde glared as she walked back to the part to wait it out. Sure enough the white demon returned. It yawned stretching out in the sun. It looked over at her and smirked, Chinatsu swore it did, before closing its eyes.
The blonde gritted her teeth resisting the urge to turn it to dust right then and there. The only thing that really held her back was that she knew there was no way she was going to have a D-rank listed as a failure on her file, no way.
thisismylinedonotjudgemeChinatsu yelped as she claw scratched at her face, neck and arms. “Stupid cat that hurts!” She growled wrestling with it. She had thought to wrap it in her coat only for the stupid thing to be slipper than it looked. She gritted her teeth grabbing the scruff of its neck. She gaped a moment as the cat stopped moving.
“What the hell…” She stared at the cat as it stared right back at her, unmoving. “God I am idiot.” It had to be, it had to go back when it was only a baby demon. She looked around for something to clip to the spot, but there wasn’t really anything she could use.
Chi sighed, her luck wasn’t that good. Carefully she gathered up her coat and hat, keeping a hand on the scruff of the white demon. She sat trying to figure out a way to bring it to the owner before settling to carry it while she held on to the neck.
Chi ignored the looks she got as she carried the frozen cat down the street her hand holding the neck. Twice she hadn’t had enough of a hold and it woke up scratching at her. Fortunately the lady that needed her cat rescuing was only two blocks away.
The blonde stood at the door a moment before awkwardly kicking, letting the women know she was there. “I brought your cat Ma’am.” The old women smiled and thanked the girl though she eyed her oddly before handing her the money. Chinatsu bowed and thanked her not really bother to see if she was shorted. There was no way she was going back there. Stupid demon thing.
