Based on one's rank as a shinobi/ninja, they will be designated a specific amount of rights when created the combat aspect of their character to role play with. The following specifies that limit, as well as tells you what rank of ninja falls into what title rank. D-rank (Dランク, Dī ranku)
D-rank shinobi typically include Genin ranked shinobi within any standard village shinobi ranking system.
D-ranks can start with:



• 1 Jutsu Specialty.
  
• 1 Elemental Affinity.
  
• 1 Special Characteristic/Weakness.
  
• 2 Equipments (including simple ones).
  
• A total of eight (8) starting jutsu; 2 C-ranks, with the others being E-D.
  


C-rank (Cランク, Shī ranku)
C-rank shinobi typically include Chuunin ranked shinobi within any standard village shinobi ranking system.
C-ranks can start with:



• 1 Jutsu Specialty.
  
• 1 Elemental Affinity.
  
• 1 Special Characteristic/Weakness.
  
• 4 Equipments (including simple ones).
  
• A total of sixteen (16) starting jutsu; 3 B-ranks, with the others being E-C.
  


B-rank (Bランク, Bī ranku)
B-rank shinobi typically include   Special Jounin ranked shinobi within any standard village shinobi ranking system.
B-ranks can start with:



• 2 Jutsu Specialties.
  
• 2 Elemental Affinities.
  
• 2 Special Characteristics/Weaknesses.
  
• 6 Equipments (including simple ones).
  
• A total of twenty-four (24) starting jutsu; 2 A-ranks, with the others being E-B.
  


A-rank (Aランク, Ē ranku)
A-rank shinobi typically include Jounin ranked shinobi within any standard village shinobi ranking system.
A-ranks can start with:



• 2 Jutsu Specialties.
  
• 2 Elemental Affinities.
  
• 3 Special Characteristics/Weaknesses.
  
• 8 Equipments (including simple ones).
  
• A total of thirty-two (32) starting jutsu; 1 S-rank, with the others being E-A.
  


S-rank (Sランク, Esu ranku)
S-rank shinobi typically include Elite Jounin  ranked shinobi within any standard village shinobi ranking system.
S-ranks can start with:



• 3 Jutsu Specialties.
  
• 3 Elemental Affinities.
  
• 4 Special Characteristics/Weaknesses.
  
• 10 Equipments (including simple ones).
  
• A total of forty (40) starting jutsu; 3 S ranks, with the others being E-A.
  


SS-rank (SSランク, Esu Esu ranku)
SS-rank shinobi typically include highly experienced Kage ranked shinobi within any standard village shinobi ranking system, or may include Organization Leaders.
SS-ranks can start with:



• 3 Jutsu Specialties.
  
• 3 Elemental Affinities.
  
• 4 Special Characteristics/Weaknesses.
  
• 10 Equipments (including simple ones).
  
• A total of fifty (50) starting jutsu; 1 SS-rank, 5 S-ranks, with the others being E-A.
  

Special Cases

• Shinobi possessing a advanced elemental affinity/chakra nature, that advanced element will count as one of their max elemental affinities. That said, possessing an advanced element will grant the users three elemental affinities upon registration, regardless of rank.
  
• Shinobi who possess Bukijutsu (weaponry specialty) as a jutsu specialization will be permitted a extra equipment, per rank.
  

After approval you may train for new jutsu but there is a limit on what can and can't be trained dependent on one's rank.

D-ranks - Can train up to B-rank techniques!
C-ranks - Can train up to A-rank techniques!
B-ranks - Can train up to S-rank techniques!
A-ranks, S-ranks & SS-ranks - Can train up to SS-rank techniques!

Everyone starts with a maximum amount of jutsu when they register. After approval, you can of course train for more juts via the training system. Although, there is still a limit to how many jutsu you may have dependent on your rank even after you have trained them:

D-rank


Unlimited D and C ranks and up to 10 B-ranks.

C-rank


Unlimited D and C ranks and up to 15 B-ranks, 5 A-ranks.

B-rank


Unlimited D and C ranks and up to 20 B-ranks, 8 A-ranks and 1 S-ranks.

A-rank


Unlimited D and C ranks and up to 20 B-ranks, 8 A-ranks and 3 S-ranks.

S-rank


Unlimited D and C ranks and up to 25 B-ranks, 11 A-ranks, 5 S-ranks, 1 SS Rank.

SS-rank
Unlimited D and C ranks and up to 30 B-ranks. 14 A-ranks, 8 S-ranks and 3 SS-ranks
