| Cut speed to 70 and lower the size 2 metres is a little big then to control it as well. You don't have chakra control on your ninja so would be hard to control something 2 metres with little effort lower to 1 meter. | |

| Okay i would like to point out that Chakra control is basic for any ninja, a perfect example being the water walking technique which is Chakra control and learned at academy. Saying i couldn't control a two meter ball of fire is kind of ridiculous, and to be truthful for an actual kage this would be nothing. Also i dont control it once i launch it | |
