Description: Lightning Burst of Dragon's Wrath is a signature jutsu of haru which he has been seen using multiple times,it's an extremely strong lightning technique which involves the user raising their hands and forms lightning between them, forming a very large spear out of it. They then hurl such spear at the enemy.When thrown this spear takes the form of a dragon head ,it is said that the spear is strong enough to wipe out an entire platloon or easily counter a tailed beast ball. Range is 10 meters- 70 meters. The speed is 70 mph.
