Underneath the jacket he wears a white button up shirt that from the color his dark blue but as the color stretches down to the rest of the shirt it gradually turns white. The button up shirt, for some odd reason, is only buttoned in one spot and it’s the middle area between the torso and abdomen regions. Underneath that shirt he wears a faded midnight blue/cobalt blue T-Shirt. He wears black gloves that hug his fingers to wear it looks like he just has super dark hands. His hear is spiky/messy and his various colors of dark blue, midnight blue, steel blue, and turquoise. His pants are black as well as his shoes, and he wears the Umigakure insignia (headband) around his left leg right above the kneecap. Although it is suppose to be a secret, he has the Umigakure symbol tattooed on his tongue, in honor of his village. Effect: The user turns every physical thing about themselves to liquid.
Description: Alohi turns his whole entire body into a liquid form. Once in this form he can practically control all things liquid simply by submerging himself into the liquid. He can create himself to be much larger than he already is, and/or take the form and shape of whatever he puts his mind to, from the size of a small mouse to the size of a very large whale. Basically this jutsu allows the user to shape shift if submerged in an appropriate amount of liquid. This jutsu stays permanent but the user cannot use any of his other jutsu’s while in this form.

Effect: After creating a spiralling column of water the user turns it on it's side and makes it spin faster. They then release it and let it go on a speeding rampage destroying almost anything in its way. Must be near a very large source of water.

Water Style: Water Element; Rising Blast [Suiton; Suishouha]
Effect:Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a small while, before draining into the sand. The depth of the water once the wave has settled is anywhere between 8 to 10 feet.

Effect: A skill where the user has water burst up from the ground, that swirls high up into the air. The waters come together, as they come bursting downwards as a powerful moving stream of water. Capable of tearing through rocks and the surrounding fairly easily.

Water Release: Devil's Domain Water Torture [Suiton: Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon]
Effect: Creates a circular flow of water which rises above their heads and comes crashing down upon the opponent and starts compacting causing tremendous pressure on the opponent.
Description: A skill in which has to be used when the opponent is within the presence of a large body of water. The chakra quickly flowing through the water, causes more then fifty percent of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave. Once crashing into the opponent, it begins to condense itself smaller and smaller. Increasing the pressure until the opponent bursts.

Water Release • Crashing Pillar of Heaven [Suiton • Gachan Hashira no Ten]
Effect: A skill in which the user begins to gather a wide amount of moisture from the air. Within the air, more and more water comes together being materialized by the users chakra. Coming together, it makes this large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. The user then waits for the opportune moment, and sends the pillar crashing down in order to smash the opponent in an incredible amount of force.

Effect: After performing a long string of handseals the user creates a spiraling column of water that will circle the user and afterwards the user can force it to erupt into the opponent. Description: A technique that creates a massive tidal wave of water in all directions. This jutsu requires a an immense amount of chakra since it basically reforms the terrain and can create a whole lake.

This jutsu summons a lens-shaped watershield in front of the user as a last moment
counter for jutsu, the lens cancels most jutsus by absorbing and dispersing whatever
chakra comes incontact with it, once the lens dispels it joins the dispersed chakra
turning into mist which can later be used in jutsus, meaning the jutsu that was meant to hit the user will instead be used against the foe, at a later time.

Water Release: Water Dragon Technique [Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu]
Effect: Creates a large dragon from water which has almost bunshin like intelligence allowing it to track down and target the opponent.
Description: A technique which is a higher level water skill, creating a dragon made out of water. This technique is more effective when there is a large body of water around, and can reveal incredible destructive damage. The dragon also has a partial consciousness to track the opponent.

Water Release • Syrup Capture Field [Suiton • Mizuame Nabara]
Effect: A skill in which the user can summon forth a stream of water from their mouth. This water spreads forth all onto the ground where a rushing opponent is coming to. The water, having its form changed actually is a very stick substance. Once the opponent is within the middle of the field, they will notice that their feet are stuck and they cannot move from their current spot. Giving opportunity to attack the opponent, as you need chakra infused feet to run over the field.

- Violent Thunderclap [Hageshii Jinrai]
An extremely powerful Raiton ninjutsu that requires the pinnacle of chakra control to perform. The user gathers massive amounts of chakra into his palms and flattens it out into a disc extending over each hand that absorb any ambient electricity. Once the discs have collected enough ambient energy, the user smashes his palms together, creating a deafening thunderclap accompanied by a hemispherical electric shockwave that travels outward from the hands. - Dance of the Condemned [Keito no Mai]
This jutsu, considered forbidden for its cruelty, partially shuts down a person's nervous system, sending them into a form of nervous shock that ends with the person being unable to move for a brief period. In order to perform this technique, the user must perform a long row of hand seals and then touch the victim's neck or spinal chord (touching clothing or armor in that area is fine, as long as it can't block electricity). - Lightning Scorch Technique [Denkou Yakekoge no Jutsu]
The user performs a short row of hand seals, ending with his hands pointing towards his victim. Lightning bolts shoot out of his finger tips and dance along the victim's flesh, causing severe burns all over the body. This jutsu has the advantage of being difficult to block or dodge without the victim hiding behind something that doesn't conduct electricity.
- Human Lightning Rod [Hiraishin no Jintai]
The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. The user positively charges the air around him, meaning that anyone within the field is constantly shocked by lightning. Although this jutsu is almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user. | Chakra- 100 (Every Post) | Damage- 75 (Every Post) | Damage from electrical jutsu aimed at the user is reduced by 75. | Jounin
- Touch of the Lightning God [Raijin no Hadazawari]
The user gathers a large amount of chakra into his fingertips and converts it to electricity. The electricity then bursts from the fingertips and seeks out the victim. The lightning doesn't rend the flesh, but instead eletrifys the opponent, seeking out and attacking the heart and nervous system. The pain this jutsu causes is said to be unbearable. Victims of this jutsu frequently have heart attacks within 24 hours after being hit, so medical care is highly advised.
- Grasp of the Lightning God [Raijin no Haji]
The user gathers a tremendous amount of eletricity into their hands. The user then grabs the opponent with both hands and sets up a powerful current of eletricity through the opponent's body. This eletricity not only electrifies its victim, but also renders the area around where the opponent is holding immobile, although other parts of the victim's body can freely move.
- Lightning Cage Technique [Denkou no Ori no Jutsu]
This technique uses chakra to set up a powerful web of electrical currents surrounding a victim. Lightning shoots from the user's fingertips and surrounds the victim, shocking him as the current surrounds him. The cage deals little damage to those trapped within, but anyone trying to leave is in for a real shock. Unfortunately, while the cage does a good job of keeping most people inside, it also damages anyone trying to reach into the field to attack. Magnetic currents protect the victim from attacks from metal objects, and electrical attacks are likewise useless. | Effect lasts three posts.
- Lightning Screen [Denkou no Shahei]
After performing a row of hand-seals, the user places his hands on the ground and in front of him a large and powerful field of lightning erupts from the ground and lasts for a few seconds before dissipating. This field not only shocks anyone unlucky enough to touch it, it also does a good job of deflecting lightning techniques, not to mention anything involving metal. |
- Static Clone Technique [Seidenki Bunshin no Jutsu]
After a row of hand-seals, several electrical fields erupt from the user's hands and form into vaguely humanoid shapes. A simple genjutsu is used to then make the fields look like the user or anyone else the user chooses. Although the clones can't exert any physical force, if an opponent comes into contact with it, it dissipates and heavily shocks the him or her.| The clone has an agility level equal to the user's intelligence.
- Blade of the Lightning God [Raijin no Ittou]
The user focuses chakra into either arm and collects ambient electricity into a tight lattice around the forearm and hand. By compressing the electricity and chakra together, the user forms a single-use electrical blade. While the blade has no real substance and thus cannot block or parry, its side-effect more than makes up for it - the area around that which is struck by the blade will be instantly shocked numb. | Area around the spot that the blade strikes will be completely numb for two posts. Hidden Rock ninja Kakkou used this Genjutsu interrogation technique on Leaf kunoichi Rin. Because it was a war-time situation, Kakkou hoped he could extract troop movements and battle plans from the young ninja. To try and break her will, he put her under a Genjutsu sensory spell. Because of Rin's strong will she was able to resist the pressure and not reveal any information.

This unnamed Genjutsu is a technique used by Kamira. Kamira will cause the area around the target to be enveloped by darkness. Once inside the black space, the target will see grotesque figures said to be tortured criminals, the previous victims of the technique. These grotesqueries will reach out and grab a hold of the target. They will then be thrown into the void to the mercy of a spectral dragon. The horrifying oni can even extend from the targets own body to attack them. All aimed at transfixing the victim with fear and shock while Kamira herself chokes and kills the target.

Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi. Itachi will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

-Suiton:Shin Madou(Water Release:Large Clam Illusion) - A Jutsu that uses moisture in the
air to create an image distortion, a mirage, however this is not a genjutsu
but an optical illusion making jutsu, so it cant be dispelled like a genjutsu,
its a perfect diversion/scape jutsu, it cant be dispelled, its chakra
saturated so most doujutsu's cant see through it, the moisture masks any smells
from being detected, and the target will be too distracted trying to dispel it
rather than hear the user's movements

Description: The user will make the opponent feel like they are completely surrounded by fire. This will make the enemy scream and yell in pain as his body feels as if it is slowly being ripped apart by the flames. This jutsu activates every pain sensor in the target’s body, making them feel more pain than would be possibly by any other method.

Description: The user first molds chakra to make his opponent fall under this genjutsu. The opponent will then hear, smell, taste, and feel the user upon them. Sight is not available as the opponent can now feel their eyes sewn down. It would seem as if they are strapped onto a chair and the heat of a very bright light pours out onto the opponent's sweaty and smelly skin. The opponent can feel his eyes desperately try to find a vision and roll in their skull but it is too late.

Description: Utilizing the famous techniques of the acid release, Alohi, after performing several hand signs creates an area affect jutsu that causes it to rain acid. Anyone or anything caught in the rain will be singed with every drop. The singes to burn and are rather painful to the touch. They hurt everyone but the user and can burn through just about anything except solid earth. Alohi can turn the jutsu on and off whenever he pleases but he can only turn it on at the most two times.

Acid Release: Acid River Technique [Suiton: Sansei Kasen no Jutsu]
Effect: A large river of acid is created and is at melting temperature if someone is to touch it or be submerged in it.
Description: Utilizing the famous techniques of the acid release, Alohi, after performing several hand signs creates a large mass of acid that jets from his mouth onto the battle field which he then shoots toward his desired target or targets. The stream can only be shot in one direction and covers the field 25 feet vertically and 10 feet horizontally. This jutsu’s requires a large mass of chakra and should considerably be used before as a first move or a last resort.

It was hard being the son of a man so great because he was either to busy to spend time with his son, or I will always become the idol of attention and become indirectly famous. At the time I did think it was nice, having a father respected by his people, and being the son of such a great man, I never thought that someone like me would ever make it that far. My dream was just making through the ninja academy, and if I felt like it then I might have even considered aiming for the rank of chuunin. I never thought of myself to ever be something all high and mighty. Everyone else did, so why didn’t I? Just because my father is some holy saint who protects the village from every single threat that comes its way, doesn’t mean I should be responsible for filling if shoes should the day come he passes. I don’t want to see my dad go, and I don’t want to be the one to take his place, but I am afraid I have no choice. My name is Alohi Izioka, my friends call me Allie though, so does everyone else including my father. I graduated the ninja academy at the age of 6, and became a genin at the age of 8. I thought I would be done from there but no. A fire burned deep inside me and before I knew it I was more than just some other genin of Umigakure, I wasn’t only just the son of Akia Izioka, Suikage of Umigakure, I was a born legend, I knew I would have to take my father’s place, I wouldn’t want him to pass in vein, and I would want to disgrace my family name, I have a rep to uphold and I wouldn’t want anyone to put us down for nothing. When the chuunin exams came around I managed to pass the first three challenges with no sweat thanks to my teammates Yunue and Ikaro and with the great teaching skills of our teacher Gaou Sensei. They all taught me that no matter what happens, things might not always go your way even if you want them to go a completely different way, you have to learn how to adapt to everything whether you like it or not. When you learn to adapt then you will learn how to live life to its full extent whether than praying for the day to be over or just doing things to get by. It is you who has to take that extra step and push forward rather than have someone hold your hand. Those words stuck with me and soon I managed to push forward. I pushed my hardest into the belly of the beast. I didn’t want to let anyone down and before I could fully understand what I was actually doing for not only my friends or my dad, but for myself, I became a chuunin. Something I thought would never happen actually happened. The moment my dad found out he threw a gigantic village party for not only myself, even though I was the host, but for everyone else who became chuunin as well. Just to think though, If I didn’t become a chuunin this party wouldn’t be happening. Almost all of my friends became chuunin and the ones that did were at the party. Being pampered isn’t really all it’s cracked up to be, but hey somebody has to enjoy it, might as well be me. //Justice of Will As the days go by and as I age, my father does the same. Pretty soon he has to resign from his position as Suikage which means that I am next in line. I didn’t know how I should feel about it. It was all too much; I was just satisfied with being a chuunin. I became a chuunin when I was 12, and several, lazy years after that I became a jounin when I was 22. My father at the time is 68 and he is nearly ready to retire. I don’t blame him. An old bag of bones isn’t suit to protect a full village. I knew the day would come for me to take his place, I just didn’t think he would have to get so old for me to realize that I would have to be the leader of all these people. I hate being put in positions of authority, cause of I screw up, I have so many disappointed eyes to face, and I don’t want that pressure. I don’t want any pressure, with pressure comes confusion and with confusion comes disappointment, that’s just how I’ve been seeing it for years and I don’t think my perception of life will ever change. Not even the slightest thing will change my mind, and I hate to say it, but whether I like it or not, I better get used to people calling me Suikage-sama. Lord Allie that has a nice ring to it. Several years in the final days of my dad’s resignation, I feel a rather unpleasant rumble in my stomach, I would have half thought I was hungry but no it was something else. Was I afraid? This was the first time I have ever faced something head one, something that was handed to me that I pushed away. I was sitting in front of my father and the village elders as they talked and discussed things about me on whether I was the one to lead the village to safety, on whether I was cut out for the job. Village Elder Isa Suito was telling my father on what her opinion on me was, she was saying things like , “Your son has excelled through many things in life without a scratch on that pretty little face of his, do you think he will know what to do when that face does get scratched for the first time in his life?” and then my dad gave his typical response of, “This is my son and I know for a fact that he won’t let this village down, HIS village down, he loves this village more than I do and although it doesn’t seem like it, he has a burning passion for the lives of this village more than God himself,” Those words dug deep in my heart and I literally almost wanted to cry, but I didn’t, I just kept to myself and waited for the meeting to be over. Several hours into the long debate my father and some of the other elders told me to wait outside so they could finally discuss their final verdict alone. I didn’t disobey their orders, simply because my ass was hurting after 4 hours of sitting down on this coral carved seat. I walked outside and looked up at the water. The only thing between me and it was a large dome That was covered in the chakra of my father, and that chakra would soon be passed down to me. Am I ready for that much power? //The Verdict Several years after that day the elders met with my father It was time for them to tell me what they had discussed. The explained every little detail of their conversation and soon my dad walked out from his office to the elder meeting. He was holding his hat and his robe and handed them both to me. I was now 34 at the time and didn’t know a lot about authority and what not but apparently they thought I had what it took to look after the village. Once I put on the outfit of the Suikage my dad told me to put my hands out in front of me and his hands began to glow a bluish green chakra. He places his palms on the back of my hands and I quickly felt his chakra rush through me and mix with my own. The feeling at first was unbearable but after thirty seconds of fidgeting I finally managed to get a hold of myself and soon I was finally the one to lead and rule the village. I was finally the go to man, I was finally Lord Allie, the Villages Hidden in the Seas, Suikage. After everything’s that’s happened so far, I actually wonder if I am cut out for this job, My dad is old and I would hate to disappoint him before he passes. Looks like I got to fight for the both of us now, just hope I got what it takes. RP SampleThe day was getting old as the sunlight peered through the blue honey of the see. Lord Allie walked onto the coral steps of his luxurious abode and off into the people of the village. After a long day of filing and writing his signature one paper after paper he owed it to himself to have a nice long walk, not only for himself but for his dad. He hasn’t been out in ages and it was time for him to pay his old man a visit before the day was over. The fish outside of the dome were just as graceful as the birds in the sky as they swiftly swam around as if they were playing with one another. It was surely a lovely day. Everything seemed more peaceful than it usually was, and it was good to enjoy the day while it lasted. Maybe things were getting better for everyone. idk about that sealing pot lol. You'd have to take that up with Naoko there, but I guess not everyone will respond to their name by voice when called. So that's a huge drawback.
Your SHape Shifting will restrict you to Melee if I understand that correctly? Which is fine.
Water Style:Unstoppable Cyclone Technique [Suiton: Mukyuu Teikiatsu no Jutsu] An S rank attack will be able to combat this and negate it such as any other jutsu. Equal strength like a Chidori or Rasengan, etc..
Water Style: Water Element; Rising Blast [Suiton; Suishouha]- This won't be classified as an Attack and won't do actual damage unless the opponent is stupid enough to drown.
Water Release: Devil's Domain Water Torture [Suiton: Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon] This is an S, and make an escape route apparent.
Water Release • Crashing Pillar of Heaven [Suiton • Gachan Hashira no Ten]- I assume the range is how far it is up in the air. Give me a dimensions on the actual pillar please.
Suiton:Kaunta Rensu(Water Release:Counter lens I'm not too keen on this since there was just a discussion about nearly this same exact ability on a sword. It'll have to be discussed with Naoko.
Dance of the Condemned [Keito no Mai] -Realize that using this technique brands you, even as a KAge, as a Traitor if there are witnesses.

| I fixed what you added and added on to my looks and persona and the jutsu you asked me to llook at. However Naoko said that the Jar was alright to have, she actually recommended that Ihave it. Also I am alright with being considered a traitor lol its not like imma be using the jutsu on a day to day basis. Other than that however I seem to be done. | |

| The sealing pot is fine.
You will need to add two more flaws so you have 4 and they have to be combat related. Also your strengths max is 30 percent for any stat.
You may only have large chakra pools when:
You are in a clan that specifies it
You are a non special release character
You do not own another character with a large chakra pool
A Jinchuuriki
You have large chakra pool I see these are the rules for chakra pool and you meet none of the requirements.
Suiton Release: Total Body Liquefying Technique [Suiton: Ekika Zenshin no Jutsu]
Effect: The user turns every physical thing about themselves to liquid.
Description: Alohi turns his whole entire body into a liquid form. Once in this form he can practically control all things liquid simply by submerging himself into the liquid. He can create himself to be much larger than he already is, and/or take the form and shape of whatever he puts his mind to, from the size of a small mouse to the size of a very large whale. Basically this jutsu allows the user to shape shift if submerged in an appropriate amount of liquid. This jutsu stays permanent but the user cannot use any of his other jutsu’s while in this form.

| Lightning Scorch Technique [Denkou Yakekoge no Jutsu]
The user performs a short row of hand seals, ending with his hands pointing towards his victim. Lightning bolts shoot out of his finger tips and dance along the victim's flesh, causing severe burns all over the body. This jutsu has the advantage of being difficult to block or dodge without the victim hiding behind something that doesn't conduct electricity.
Has to be physically touching the enemy.
- Human Lightning Rod [Hiraishin no Jintai]
The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. The user positively charges the air around him, meaning that anyone within the field is constantly shocked by lightning. Although this jutsu is almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user.

Grasp of the Lightning God [Raijin no Haji]
The user gathers a tremendous amount of eletricity into their hands. The user then grabs the opponent with both hands and sets up a powerful current of eletricity through the opponent's body. I'd prefer this to be a physical touch if it's going to cause a heart attack
Lightning Cage Technique [Denkou no Ori no Jutsu]
This technique uses chakra to set up a powerful web of electrical currents surrounding a victim. Lightning shoots from the user's fingertips and surrounds the victim, shocking him as the current surrounds him. The cage deals little damage to those trapped within, but anyone trying to leave is in for a real shock. Unfortunately, while the cage does a good job of keeping most people inside, it also damages anyone trying to reach into the field to attack. Magnetic currents protect the victim from attacks from metal objects, and electrical attacks are likewise useless. | Effect lasts three posts.

Type: Supplementary
Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi. Itachi will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Acid Release: Acid Rain Technique [Suiton: Sansei-u no Jutsu]
Effect: Covers the surrounding area in rain that is as hot and as lethal as acid itself.
Description: Utilizing the famous techniques of the acid release, Alohi, after performing several hand signs creates an area affect jutsu that causes it to rain acid. Anyone or anything caught in the rain will be singed with every drop. The singes to burn and are rather painful to the touch. They hurt everyone but the user and can burn through just about anything except solid earth. Alohi can turn the jutsu on and off whenever he pleases but he can only turn it on at the most two times.

Acid Release: Acid River Technique [Suiton: Sansei Kasen no Jutsu]
Effect: A large river of acid is created and is at melting temperature if someone is to touch it or be submerged in it.
Description: Utilizing the famous techniques of the acid release, Alohi, after performing several hand signs creates a large mass of acid that jets from his mouth onto the battle field which he then shoots toward his desired target or targets. The stream can only be shot in one direction and covers the field 25 feet vertically and 10 feet horizontally. This jutsu’s requires a large mass of chakra and should considerably be used before as a first move or a last resort.
