Kaizen in one word. Devotion. He fully commits to everything he does. Utterly devoted to his village, his clan, and his craft. He borders on obsessive or fanatical. Soragakure and the Itazura clan defines everything about Kaizen. Kaizen since a young age has been instilled with a deep sense of honor. Living strictly by his morale compass. They give him purpose, which in turn gives him drive. He can then parlay this drive to achieve great things. He is calm and collected seldom losing his cool. Kaizen will be the first to admit that he is bias to many things but, he is a person of reason. He allows himself to change his mind and make on field decisions seamlessly. Kaizen enjoys joking around with fellow comrades very much. He finds something comforting in the joy of those he has grown up with. Kaizen suffers from slight PTSD and desperately tries to hold on to the little things while he still can. Kaizen has a warm heart constantly on the lookout for fellow Sora citizens and shinobi in need. His selflessness has earned him the nickname Teddy amongst Sora's younger generation. There is nothing more fulfilling for him then helping the people of Sora without resorting to blood shed. He is however a tempered and seasoned killer. When he battles he steels his heart and does what needs to be done, so long as it does not conflict with his morale code. He believes that once you dawn the crest of Sora you've given yourself over to the Sokage completely. Ninjas are tools first and people second. They will be applied were they are most useful. Every shinobi in Kaizens eyes if need be are but cannon fodder to shield Sora. This however does not mean he willingly and haphazardly wastes lives. Kaizen cherishes the lives of all those under his command and makes the best possible choices for them. Kaizen is also very spartan when it comes to materialistic needs. He does however take time to enjoy the little things and meditate.

Strengths:

Omniscientific Psychometry: The user is born with a much higher intelligence quotient far above that of a genius level. They have a passive capability to see through illusions caused by Genjutsu on a C-Rank basis, allowing them to break the illusion induced onto them with ease. They have innate latters toward psychology, allowing them to react and predict movements and actions easier than that of even a trained mind.

Mastered, it allows the character to potentially see through and break illusionary Genjutsu on an A-Rank level. It also allows them to feel the emotions of the people or animals around them based on a pschology relation to brain waves developed by the user over the span of their lifetime; even to the extent of being able to tell whether or not a person is lying.

Fighting Style: Kaizen is a genius level Ninjutsu user. He strives to make sure that no other ninja in Soragakure is more dedicated to the art of ninja skills. Kaizen relies heavily on Ninjutsu. Alternating between explosive and overwhelming offense and then reverting to diversion/hit and run techniques. Repeat. Ninjutsu is an art and Kaizen is a master, his craft is beauty, precision, and destruction all rolled in one.

History:
Background History:Prologue:
Kaizen was born to the current leader of the Itazura clan Ryuu Itazura and his wife Akiko Itazura. When he was born he received the Rite of destinies, the elders of the Itazura clan gauged his chakra. It was determined that he had enough chakra to become a shinobi and because of his strange chakra nature the Sorakage said he was to become the host for the ? tail but the Itazura clan thought it best to keep it secret from him and the village. Kaizen's father began instructing him to fight once Kaizen was able to keep his balance while walking. The training was brutal the Itazura expect things from a two year old you would not believe striking him whenever he made mistakes, pain makes the best instructor. When he began attending the academy Kaizen as son of the clan head was expected to not only succeed in his training but to surpass most of his piers. One of his older Chuunin cousins would monitor him every day if he made one mistake, lost to one of his classmates, or slacked off. His father was sure to hear of it and that meant a beating followed by hard training. Despite all this Kaizen never lost his cheerful attitude he always new his father loved him more than any other person in the world. And after his father punished him his mother would be right there to hold him and make him feel special. Kaizen graduated from Soragakure Ninja Academy at age 12 with flying colors.

Kaizen Itazura was selected to join team Natsuki a very accomplished Jounin. He knew his squad-mates from class although they weren't exactly friends. The first Naomi Shiziki was one of his many fan girls constantly fawning over him and he was sure she was never going to stop giggling when she found out they were to be in the same cell. He had to admit though she was pretty. The second Kenta Hiroshi a very big brawny kid he was well sort of an idiot, but he could hold his own in a fight. Kaizen constantly out did his teammates which delighted his sensei and parents to no end consistently getting A ratings on every mission. This estranged him and Kenta but made Naomi fall even deeper in love with him which served to further the bad feelings between him and Kenta. After a little over half a year team Natsuki was sent to investigate the possibility of some of the villagers of a powerful warlord conspiring against him. However they quickly discovered Dozo ninja planning on assassinating the warlord. Along side the warlords personal guard team Natsuki fought the mostly Chuunin level ninja. The battle was fierce destroying the warlords palace Kaizen displayed great ability and selflessness in the battle defeating many of the enemy and saving his team mates from an enemy Jounins attack which resulted in the lost of his left eye. Kenta later dragged him to safety and attempted to save a now knocked out Naomi but was beaten back by the enemy. The one tail finally awakened in him due to how weak Kaizen had become. The Jinchuuriki lent him some of his power and restored Kaizens eye with his own allowing him to constantly be around Kaizen. Using the Bijuu's chakra he stopped the enemy ninja from killing his team mate when his sensei arrived slaughtering the ninja with one powerful Jutsu. When Naomi woke up Kaizen told her Kenta saved her which made Naomi finally see Kenta as a potential boyfriend although she still held on to the hope of Kaizen one day returning her love. Doing so resolved any bad feelings between him and Kenta. Yet after this Kaizen ignored his Bijuu stating that all Bijuu are evil and he wants nothing to do with them. He suppressed his Bijuu from then on. Shortly after this team Natsuki began training diligently for the Chuunin exams his sensei remarked between Kaizens Ninjutsu, Naomi's Genjutsu, and Kentas Taijutsu. They were the most complete team in the exams and if they worked together they would be unstoppable. During the first phase Kaizen had to help Kenta cheat in order to pass. During the second phase team Natsuki began taking out team after team until they were ambushed by two teams but were saved by Naomi. During the third phase Kaizen defeated Kenta to become a Chuunin alongside Naomi.

Team Natsuki continued their duties but with more dangerous missions. Life was pretty routine for Kaizen until Kenta finally completed the Chuunin exams. Prompting his Sensei to return to her Anbu duties while leaving Kaizen in charge of their team. Team Kaizen as it was now called became Soragakures most talented recon cell. This attention allowed team Kaizen to be selected to scope out areas for any high risk military operations. Eventually Kenta convinced Naomi to go out with him and they became a legitimate couple. Kaizen still has the ability to make her blush with just a smile though something he uses to annoy his brawny team mate. Team Kaizen continued this level of performance for 3 years until They were ambushed by S rank Nukenin. Kaizen tried his best but they were just to powerful no matter how many hits his team landed they just kept coming. Kenta was the first to go down...permanently. And Kaizen was helpless he could barely keep up with his man and he could hear how badly Naomi was fairing from her screams. Finally Kaizen managed to separate himself from the ninja and save Naomi from her attacker. He put Naomi behind him and faced the ninja as best he could but suffered a crushing blow sending him flying back. The pain was blinding and seared through his whole body. He could barely see he thought for sure team Natsuki was done for. He tried desperately to get his Bijuu to lend him his power but he ignored him. He saw Naomi kneeling over his body tears streaming down her face when he realized he was also crying they lost Kenta. He was really gone and they could do nothing, it was unreal he was so full of life. And now he and Naomi were going to die out here so many things left undone. He heard Naomi call out the name of her most powerful Genjutsu then he passed out. When he came to Naomi and the ninja were gone but he and Kenta were still here. Kenta no... He looked at his friends lifeless body his face bloody and twisted in pain. He picked up his friends body and carried him back to the village. On his painful and pitifully depressing journey home his Bijuu spoke to him. and it was there he embraced his Bijuu and gained its full power.

Jounin:Kaizen worked as a regular Jounin until two anbu cells had been destroyed. This sudden lost of anbu lead the Sokage to begin recruiting the top young jounin into their ranks. Thanks to his dads connections, sensei, and his impressive track record Kaizen was selected to lead one of the new anbu squads. Kaizen took his position as captain and his anbu responsibilities deadly serious. He lead his team of up and comers expertly, tempering his up starts into battle hardened veterans. While at the same time gaining much infamy for himself. His anbu mask became a symbol of fear in enemy ninja. Kaizen was ruthless in his killing of his enemies following the your either with us or against us philosphy. He seldom left survivors and often went out of his way to not only complete his mission but also to kill any none Sora ninja near by just in case they were working against his village. His anbu squads 100% success rate and Kaizens tendency to leave no survivor gained him "Flee on sight status". When one of his teammates heard an enemy yell out a warning to his comrades when Kaizen was pressing his attack "Feign away from the shadows! The shadows are death!" because of Kaizens clans techniques. His squad mates began telling civilian on lookers that even Kaizens shadow could kill. Soragakure was more than happy to over hype Kaizens abilities which lead to the nickname "Zen of the Shade." He however buried this name along with his mask when he resigned from anbu to become the Jounin Hancho of Sora. By this time Kaizen had obtained a powerful scroll of bear summons, which is where he got the name "Big Bear". He lead his anbu squad for two years until becoming Soragakure's Jounin Hancho. Kaizen has tried his best to become indispensable to the Sokage and has performed every mission assigned to him flawlessly. Kaizen is so close to his dream of becoming Sokage he can taste it, after all with his skills as a ninja and how beloved he is in Sora he figures he is the sure choice once the Sokage passes on the title.

This technique can shred through jutsu and ninja alike. The user can sustain the Canyon Carver Technique for 5 posts.

S rank jutsu will combat this and be deadlocked.

Description:Kaizen charges his chakra into his guantlets and boots increasing his speed and power. Kaizen then surges forward using chakra enhanced speeds attacking at higher B-rank speeds. He then moves in only front, back, and side flips. While flipping he constantly performs uppercuts, head kicks and various acrobatic attack. This technique allows for seamless dodging as well as a barrage of offense explosion.

lol you move as fast as the technique is. >.> so if you want it B speed, up the rank. Though I do like it lol. You'll sustain for at most, 4 posts before you HAVe to pop out of it for an 6 posts. If you want a lower CD, drop the Duration lol.

Also note, the Clan Jutsu are in the Clan section approved. These are the obsolete versions at the moment.

Need a greater flaw a genjutsu flaw will not cut it you do not have genjutsu as a specialty so cannot use it anyway and higher susceptible to genjutsu is a no as well because you can break from genjutsu, sound jutsu is banned and cannot be used so that method of genjutsu does not apply and illusion jutsu is the main type anyway.
