Canon/Custom: Based off of Canon.

Jutsu Prerequisites: Placing two open palms on the ground.
Description: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu. This jutsu increases the user's durability to an extreme point of at this point being completely immune to any physical damage from techniques of B-Rank and below and a 50% resistance for everything that is A-Ranked and above except for lightning, and increasing the user's strength by a complete rank. As an advanced version, this jutsu not only allows the increased durability of the skin, but every part of the user's body including bones, organs, etc. The user since using Doton chakra all around their body they are much more prone to lightning damage making them weaker to it by 50% in this state.
I would like to use one of my starting tokens on this technique.

| - Diamond is a kekkei tota, so diamond-level hardness wouldn't be a doton technique.
- A jutsu having a substantial resistance to its weakness doesn't sit right with me.
- Overall seems overpowered.

| It doesn't literally turn my skin to diamond, that is just an example the wikia used for the original. The whole first part is from the original. I removed the resistance to it's weakness and made it weaker against lighting than a normal body would. | |

| the earth spear jutsu is canon which is fine but anything that is custom can not copy a KKT or whatever. | |

| Well, it doesn't copy another KKT either, it simply uses 'diamond' (a hard substance) as a description word for the solidity of the persons body. I'm assuming this is a reference to natural diamond, not chakra created advanced element diamond which can be made much harder than natural diamond due to the infusion of chakra. | |
